This AI chat is provided by STYLE FREE LLC (合同会社スタイルフリー), the operator of Treasure Castle.
2. AIチャットで扱う情報 / Information handled by the AI chat
- あなたが入力したメッセージ（テキスト）と、選択した言語
- ブラウザに保存される匿名の利用者ID（ランダムなUUID。氏名・メールアドレス・Shopifyのお客様IDは含みません）。サーバー側ではこのIDを不可逆に変換した値だけを保持します
- 会話の続きを保つための会話履歴（メッセージ本文、送信時刻）
- 「記憶機能」に同意した場合のみ、あなたが「覚えて」と明示した内容（後述）
- 記憶機能に関する同意の記録（同意・停止の日時）と、記憶を回答に使ったかどうかの記録
- ストアにログインした状態でAIを利用した場合、Shopifyが署名して送るお客様ID（同一のお客様として会話を続けるために使います。パスワード・決済情報は受け取りません）
- 不正利用防止のための接続元IPアドレス（回数制限の判定にのみ一時的に使用し、保存しません）
Your typed messages and selected language; an anonymous visitor ID stored in your browser (a random UUID; no name, email or Shopify customer ID — the server keeps only an irreversible transform of it); conversation history (message text and timestamps) to keep the conversation going; only with your memory consent, the items you explicitly ask the AI to remember (see below); consent records (when memory was enabled or stopped) and records of whether a memory was used in a reply; when you use the AI while logged in to the store, the customer ID that Shopify signs and forwards (used to continue as the same customer; no password or payment data is received); your connection IP address for abuse prevention (used only transiently for rate limiting, not stored).

Answering your questions and guiding you to products, stock and shipping information; personalising the conversation only if you have enabled memory; security and abuse prevention (rate limiting, signature verification, replay protection).
4. 記憶機能（永続メモリー） / Memory (persistent memory)
- 記憶機能は通常のチャットとは別の機能です。チャットを使うだけでは有効になりません。画面の「記憶を使う」を選んだ場合にだけ有効になります
- 記憶されるのは、あなたが「〜を覚えて」と明示的に伝えた内容だけです。会話から推測した内容を自動的に記憶することはありません
- 健康・収入・住所・電話番号・カード番号・パスワードなど機微な内容は、依頼があっても記憶しません
- 記憶した内容は画面の「記憶を確認・削除」からいつでも一覧・削除できます。チャットで「〜を忘れて」と伝えても削除できます
- 「記憶を停止」を選ぶと、以後は新しい記憶を保存せず、既存の記憶も回答に使いません。既存の記憶は停止によっては削除されないため、不要な場合は一覧から削除してください（利用されないまま365日経過した記憶は自動的に削除されます）
- 記憶は Treasure Castle 内の記憶として扱い、別の事業・サービスの情報と自動的に結び付けることはありません
Memory is separate from normal chat and is not enabled just by chatting; it is enabled only when you choose "Use memory". Only what you explicitly ask the AI to remember is stored — nothing is inferred and stored automatically. Sensitive content (health, income, address, phone number, card numbers, passwords, etc.) is not stored even if requested. You can list and delete memories at any time from "Review / delete memories", or by telling the chat to forget something. Choosing "Stop memory" stops new memories and stops using existing ones in replies; stopping does not delete existing memories, so delete them from the list if you no longer want them (a memory that is not used for 365 days is deleted automatically). Memories are kept within the Treasure Castle scope and are never automatically combined with other businesses or services.
5. 保存期間 / Retention
- 記憶: 明示的に保存された記憶は、各記憶が最後に利用された日から365日間保持されます。記憶が再度会話で利用された場合、その記憶の保持期間はその利用日から更新されます。365日間利用されなかった記憶は自動的に削除されます。利用者による削除は即時です
- 会話履歴: 最後の会話から90日で自動的に削除されます
- 同意の記録: 最終更新から3年間保持します
- 運用ログ（記憶の利用記録・イベント）: 90日で自動的に削除されます
- 上記より早い削除をご希望の場合は下記の連絡先までお知らせください
Explicitly saved memories are retained for 365 days from the last time each memory is used. If a memory is used again in a conversation, its retention period is renewed from that date. A memory that has not been used for 365 days is automatically deleted. Deletion by you takes effect immediately. Conversation history is automatically deleted 90 days after the last conversation. Consent records are retained for 3 years from their last update. Operational logs (memory usage records and events) are automatically deleted after 90 days. Contact us below if you would like earlier deletion.
6. 外部AIサービスの利用 / External AI processing
回答の生成には OpenAI のAIサービスを利用します。送信するのは、あなたのメッセージ（直近の会話履歴を含む）、記憶機能が有効な場合に関連する記憶、商品検索の結果、およびAIへの指示文です。利用者ID・Shopifyのお客様ID・メールアドレス・氏名は送信しません。送信は、OpenAI側に会話内容を保存させない設定（store=false）で行っています。
ご注意: パスワード、クレジットカード番号、認証コード、マイナンバーや運転免許証番号などの本人確認情報は、チャットに入力しないでください。
Replies are generated using OpenAI's AI services. We send your messages (including recent conversation history), relevant memories when memory is enabled, product search results, and our instructions to the AI. We do not send your visitor ID, Shopify customer ID, email address or name. Requests are sent with the setting that asks OpenAI not to retain the conversation content (store=false). Please do not enter passwords, credit card numbers, authentication codes, or government ID numbers into the chat.
6-2. 音声機能 / Voice features
- 標準音声: ブラウザの音声認識・読み上げ機能を使います。ブラウザの音声認識機能を利用する場合、音声処理方法は利用中のブラウザ/OSの仕様に従います（ブラウザによっては提供元のサーバーで処理されることがあります）。当店の有料クラウド音声は使いません
- 高品質音声: 利用者が高品質音声を選択した場合に限り、OpenAIの音声API（音声認識・音声合成）を利用する場合があります。直近90日にTreasure Castleで本人確認済みの対象購入がある場合、購入額にかかわらず最大10分利用できます。未購入・匿名利用では高品質音声の無料枠はありません。残り時間はクラウド音声処理時間を基準に計算し、返品・返金や90日経過で自動的に再計算されます。運営上の利用上限に達した場合は高品質音声が一時停止することがあります（標準音声・テキストは継続）
- 高品質音声の利用可能時間を算出するため、直近90日のご注文情報（注文日・支払状況・支払額）を読み取り専用で参照します。この情報を外部AIサービスへ送ることはありません
Standard voice uses your browser's speech recognition and speech synthesis. When browser speech recognition is used, how the audio is processed follows the specifications of your browser/OS (some browsers process it on the vendor's servers). Our paid cloud voice is not used. Premium voice, only when you choose it, may use OpenAI's speech APIs (recognition and synthesis). If a verified Treasure Castle customer has at least one qualifying purchase in the last 90 days, Premium voice is available for up to 10 minutes regardless of purchase amount. Anonymous users and customers without a qualifying purchase have no free Premium voice allowance. Remaining time is calculated from cloud speech processing time and is recalculated automatically on refunds or after 90 days. Premium voice may pause when our operational limits are reached (standard voice and text continue). To calculate Premium voice availability we read your orders from the last 90 days (order date, payment status, paid amount) read-only; this is never sent to external AI services.
7. 国外での処理 / International processing
上記の外部AIサービスおよびサーバーは日本国外（米国など）で運用されている場合があります。詳細は当店の プライバシーポリシー をご覧ください。

8. 事業ごとの扱い / Business scope
Treasure Castle のAIで扱う会話・記憶は Treasure Castle の範囲内で管理します。SUGO など合同会社スタイルフリーの他のサービスとの情報の統合は、あなたの別途の明示的な同意なしには行いません（現在、統合機能は提供していません）。
Conversations and memories from the Treasure Castle AI are managed within the Treasure Castle scope. They are not combined with other STYLE FREE services (such as SUGO) without your separate, explicit consent (no such linking feature is currently offered).
